Premium Bank, Ghana’s latest SME focused bank in partnership with The African Network of Entrepreneurs (TANOE) through The SME Network has successfully hosted the first edition of its monthly SME Business Bootcamp.
The initiative which is an intensive and rigorous programme designed to critically examine the performance of SMEs and provide relevant & practical solutions, advice and directions for consistent growth had for its first edition 30 SMEs in attendance from 4 regions in Ghana.
The Bootcamp led by Ekow Mensah, the Executive Director of The SME Network, in 3 separate sessions, examined the vision each of the 30 SME CEOs in attendance had for their businesses, their current state, strategies for high performance and how best Premium Bank can support them with innovative and tailor products and services for maximum productivity in 2017 and beyond.
The SMEs who participated in the bootcamp were of high praise for the program as it also provided them with an opportunity to network with other SMEs, forge partnerships and interact with officials of the bank including the head of SME Banking.
The SME Network which will be officially launched in February, is a non-profit initiative of Premium Bank (formerly CIC) in partnership with The African Network of Entrepreneurs (TANOE) aimed at building a vibrant community of SMEs in Ghana and providing them with the requisite business support, advisory services, adequate financing and coaching needed for consistent and sustainable growth.
